🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

All 10 vials must be returned unused, unopened, and in original condition inside the TR7 box.

If any vials are broken, missing, or have had the lid removed/tampered with, a $30 USD fee per vial will be deducted from your refund.
We do not accept returns for individual vials or partially used treatments.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
Once inspected the refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
